Interesting Challenge - i think once I thought out how to make the circle the rest of it fell into place pretty easily
There seems to be a lot of incomplete solutions on this thread. Look carefully at the patterns produced in some of the solutions.

Getting the coordinates is the tricky bit and I really wanted to avoid getting my trigonometry knowledge out. The big unlock was the Generalize tool.
