Had to figure out which order prioritize popularity and revenue.

Below approach in my solution:

1. Only comedy genre 

2. Only Action genre

3. Comedy combinations and Action combinations (Excludes items of point 1 and 2 above) - 2 actors from each- selected the actor with lowest DIVA score

4. Average of 3 actors revenue

5. Ideal location is the one where two of 3 actors have worked
