A solution to last week’s challenge can be found here.
For this week’s challenge, the dataset contains information about the literacy rate in the world from 1475 to 2015.
Use the dataset to find the literacy rate per country in 1979 and 2015 in descending order. Only show countries that have literacy rate records for both years.
