SUBMIT YOUR IDEAAttached is my solution. This is a very interesting challenge as it makes me think about my own situation. I'm a Californian. According to the data, California gives the most discount to in-state students. But if my goal is to go to a cheap college, should I pick an out-of-state school instead? The out-of-state tuition can still be a lot cheaper than a California's in-state. Moreover, if I move to that state and stay there for more than year, then I'm qualified for in-state tuition, which certainly saves me a lot more. Indeed tough choice!
