Solved! Huge thank you to @PhilipMannering (3 years after he solved this problem) - I could not figure out why my Multi-Field Formula wasn't working right and felt like I was losing my mind. You solved yours the same way I did, which was to do a DateTimeAdd, and the trick was to wrap it in a ToDate(). I don't know if I would've gotten there on my own, so thank you!
