Great challenge! Really had to lookout to correctly filter the desired Edition format. During the latest challenges I've completed, got to know better the inner-workings of some tools, who come in handy when fused together.

Those tools are SORT and SAMPLE. I forgot when sampling it takes the first matching record it finds from top to bottom based on the column your grouping by, so you only need to SORT DESC by Points.
