My final output is in a different format than the same in the workflow. I liked using multi-row tool and Cross Tab for this solution.

The Output in the start file had one wrong answer based on a filter for 5 sports teams instead of one of each of the 5 major sports teams.

The wrong answer was NYC. According to the wiki data used it does not have a MLB or NFL team.
