@AYXAcademy The Output data seems to have counted how many leagues each city has, but it did not count distinct leagues. 
New York City, New York has 5 teams in 3 different leagues, but were left out of the output file?

Ended up with 48 records in output, also I noticed initial answer did not deduplicate league list, netiher did I.
