No argument on the Bronx thing, but the fact of multiple teams in the same league shouldn't affect the calculations at all. Just check ("count distinct") whether all five leagues are represented and don't worry about places with two NFL or MLB or whatever teams.

There's definitely some missing entries in the answer. See my solution for an example. Spent so long trying to match them up 😆. I'll stick with this.
