Liking these short ones. Trying to use tools I normally do not use

got into the zone for the third challenge, took me under 4 minutes and I included the spatial points because as always i did not read the instructions properly.

Here is my attempt; same result but I joined after removing the County name and I also used two filter tools instead of creating a custom one so a couple of ways to have improved and reduced the number there....
