My Solution attached.  The Pearson tool is very straight forward then, as you just select a couple of items from the list to find the correlation

In terms of understanding pearson correlation, why wouldn't we want to do the same group by and average the hitter rank per team? My thought is this would normalize teams who may have picked a disproportionate number of hitters/pitchers.
