I'm almost 100% sure either a macro or other tools would be more efficient than my solution, but I just love me some multi-row formulae.

This one was definitely a bit tricky! My solution is attached, but it does not match the solution dataset, as it seems that the 6 month running average is incorrectly calculated because there is no "Group By" on HP Category.
