PFA my solution. This was a completely new spatial analysis learning wherein we can create points within the region and represent region specific above certain sq. miles (area) as a cleaned data. Totally awesome!

 

Thanks for this challenge, appreciate the effort on variety of challenges posted for continuous learning.
