Weekly Challenge #269 in the can

This was a great challenge.  I've been working on it off and on for awhile - task 2 and 3b had me stumped.  Had to get help with the weighted average and population density, thanks @patrick_digan for your hint about Crew macro.  I was also trying to use the Shape_Are column, instead of ST_Area.
