Here's my solution:

I hope I understood the task correctly.

This one was pretty straightforward. No macros, 9 tools used.

Here is My solution

I used the Rand() function to generate a random number then used that to join off a recorid. I used the append fields to make a list of all the possible random combinations in the lists.
