Here is my solution.

 

Was making some headway and got stuck with how to remove duplicate occurrences where the merchant names were just swapped.

 

Partnered with @Justin_0 and he gave me a great idea that i was able to accomplish using a multi-row.  Quite clever sir.  Well done!
