This week's challenge picks up where we left-off last week. As it turns out, the values we formatted last week were prices on a contract. It is common in many legal documents to write out the values displayed as an additional redundancy to ensure everyone is on the same page and there are no typos. Maybe we should do the same...
Convert the values in the table into written form. (e.g. 9612001.00 > nine million six hundred twelve thousand one dollars and no cents)
What a challenge! Looking forward to seeing more efficient solutions.
Seems like i am missing out somewhere
I ran into a issue for values between 10-19 teens. But fixed it.
This sure did take me a while writing the formulas. But finally i am done
Cheers and Happy analyzing : )
Feel it could be done with less tools and something to do with the summary tool, but couldn't picture it.
I made things a little trickier for myself by making it more like speech, (adding ands and whatnot). Good challenge, I'm sure there'll be more elegant solutions than mine 🙂
