1) Use the summarize tool to calculate the average of each coordinate field.
2) Create spatial points, build a polyline, find the centroid of that line.
3) Calculate the arithmetic mean of each coordinate field using a multi-row formula tool, then return only the appropriate record.

This was a good challenge for experimenting with the spatial functions in the Summarize and Formula tools.
I do most spatial work in GIS, so this took a little longer than it should after some inspiration from others.
