I am in the very beginning stages of learning and thus tried to learn the tools better by copying some solutions on this challenge. Thanks for posting yours, it was very clean and I did my best at replicating it.

Hi, a good challenge. Used the filter tool to get the relevant data. Followed by the summarize. Used formula tool and a sequence of select, sort and sample to get the calculated items togather. Finally used the join multiple.

Method 1 - includes hard coding month/year (part 1). Part 2 - brute force
Method 2 - uses first and last instead of hard coding month/year (part 1). Part 2 - more elegant solution.
Prefer method 2.
