Just getting the peaks data into a useable format required a lot of work.

 

My solution is long but as usual avoids RegEx in an attempt to keep things simpler.

Had to look up how to convert N W coordinates to lon lat (for future reference, easily: if it says North or East, keep it the same if South or West, multiply it by -1) but the rest was simple.
