Hello!

Here is my solution:

Agree better to use a static reference table.

I need to practice the first 2 steps a lot more, took ages to get the data split and fill the empty rows. The next part was ugly

Used the Multi-Row Formula (x2) and Switch statement to solve this one. I had to make some assumption of the order of the months in the Switch statement.
