My Solution attached.

I found it a frustrating challenge, not mention that i'm not Taylor's biggest fan

Here's my solution. I'm not getting the exact counts as in the sample Output but I'm pretty confident that my logic is sound. I parsed the lyrics by word into lines, removed all punctuation as possible, changed it to lower case - not sure what else I could do to match the answer.
