Here is mine. I do not like using the high average either but used it like the solution. Seem like it could be high/low divided by two also.

Absolutely not bang on because I can't find the exact method for dealing with missing values, but really happy with the practise on the interactive chart tool. Barely used that one before!

Really glad I live in the northeast right now, but federal needs to step up and raise that avg. minimum wage, stagnant since 2010?? a shame.
