I set the "BINGO" headers to be the same size as the squares. There's also a 5th row of items, but it didn't make it into the screenshot :) Hardest part was the Reporting Tools

I went with a Random # formula + Sort, vs using the Random Sample % Tool - I tend to forget it's there until I've already started with the Formula method.
