Fun challenge.  Here is my solution.

Proposed solution attached. Borrowed idea form @NicoleJohnson (thanks Nicole) with a different Multi-Field Formula which I tried for the 1st time. Took me a long time to figure out and not super proud solution wasn't quite. But (1) I learned Multi-Field Formula and (2) it worked solution-wise

I just tackled it simply restricted to 3 dices. Interesting to see so many smart brains to tackle and generalise the problem to more than 3 dices. :)

Solved! I use a Multi-Row Tool to do all the math for the 3rd die vs Transpose -> Cross Tab -> Formula
