Like others, Believe there is a misclassification in the data for record 1119 leading to a difference in outputs.

MPE Weekly #164

I find that there is a clarity issue in the requirements for this challenge. Maybe this was purposeful to make us think, but to get to the desired output, the directions should be clearer when it comes to what constitutes the 10+ positive feedback reviews.

In my opinion, the requirement should be written: "1) only records of clothing that have at least 10 positive feedback reviews." On aggregate any clothing item may have 10+ positive feedback reviews, which can potentially bring an item into the sample. If the direction clearly states only those records that have a record of 10 or above, that makes more sense given the output of the exercise.

This was a fun challenge! However, I believe the Explorer tool is still pasted in from Challenge #163. If you zoom out there's a wiki page for ROT-13 to the right
