Here is my solution!

5th challenge completed.

For this one I started off by using the DateTime tool to convert the date into the required form in a new column. Then the select tool was used to rename Fields 1 & 2 and omit Field 3. Finally the data cleansing tool was used to omit the line break in the Poem column so the output matched that of the given output.
