Definitely did it a long way, must brush up on all the spatial tools.

Managed to complete the workflow and get an answer however It isn't correct as I was only able to put max 100 as the dropdown wouldn't allow me to write in chosen distance!

Solved,

i admit, had to change my approach.

Even reading the "Help" i stil could't modify the Maximum Distance of the tool "Find Nearest".
