This challenge is a great way to highlight the ease of quickly manipulating data sets for pinpoint solutions.  I did a minimal amount of cleanup on the raw "data-download-pub78.txt" file because it was more efficient than writing a routine in Altreryx to do the same thing: added pipe-delimited headers in the top blank row and deleted the second blank row.  After that, complex tools were not needed to solve this challenge.  As configured, the workflow runs in 1.1 seconds.
