Nothing New on this one. I was pretty lost, had to follow along and learn! Much appreciated for the different ways and macro work.

I did both an iterative macro & a multi row solution

Took me a while to wrap my brain around this one...!

Solution attached. I guess I think more like an accountant. Rather than calculating a running total of the amount required, I used the Multi-Row Formula tool to calculate the remaining balance after each assignment.
