Didn't end up using the single tool solution because I'm not versed in regex enough. However after looking at others' one tool solution is someone able to explain:

what does "\b" do? I couldn't find it in Alteryx's help or the perl syntax guide. I also couldn't find what "$1" or "\2", but see it in solutions.
Also some others' solutions have a (^|\s) which i think means in the group we choose the beginning of the line or a space. Is that right?
Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm just trying to get better at regex.
My workflow

Was sure there was a one-tool Regex solution but didn't go there. Forgot that Text to Columns could Text to Rows. Reduced tools by 2 using Text to Rows. Didn't really need the autofield tool but used it to minimize the size of Phrase field.
