i'll be honest - i still do not fully understand Regex, and need to improve my understanding - time to go to the Regex website 😙.  I know with the Regex tool that there are four options, and in this case we need to use 'Replace'.  I also understand part of the syntax, but not all.

Fun one.  Couldn't do the 1 tool solution without consulting google or AI so figured I'd do it the way that seemed simple in my head.
