Am I the only one that doesn't understand these instructions?

After Realizing the instructions meant Upper Case Letters are a -1 for THAT Letter and LowerCase Letters were a score of 1 for that letter, I was able to figure this one out.  The wording of "Under" their letter had me confused.  I guess I was over thinking it. 😄
