My solution attached.

 

I reviewed the posted solution to understand how to solve it, because to me the instructions were not very clear. For my solution I copied the posted solution and added commentary for the tools, to show my understanding of what is happening in the workflow.

I assigned the Transactions a Transaction ID based on their order. I then found an Ascending Running Total and a Desc Running Total, joined on the Transaction ID, and filtered for where the 2 Running Totals were the same. I'm really happy with that solution
