Challenge #115: Let's get crafty!

A solution for last week's challenge has been posted here in both video and workflow forms!

This week's Challenge lets you get crafty! Create an app to allow a user to search a list of craft canned beers by state of origin or beer style. Configure the app's interface to utilize radio buttons to expose the selection elements for each selection option: a Text Box for searching by state, and a Drop-Down for beer styles. Feel free to customize the app as you see fit!

I hope I followed the instructions correctly (radio buttons that turn on or off depending on textbox/State and dropdown/beer style. Just finished up with the app training so this was great!

As a quick FYI to newer users, if just download and open the app, it will launch the app (user interface view). If you want to look at the flow, save it and go through the file open in Alteryx (not just double-click the file).

Added an error message for strings that aren't 2 characters for the State text box. Excited to see that we have "data validation" options for interface input. This was a great way to practice the new things I learned in the Analytic App instruction. Thank you!

I think I could do a better job to dynamicly put the data in the drop down menu, like a multi app setup, but too simple to just populate the list manualy for that flow 🙃
