I used the Optimization tool for this and came up with 685 completed challenges for total price of exactly 1,500,000.

I took this time to learn about a tool I have never used but would have some pretty cool applications in the day to day. I'm going to look for more challenges where I can use the optimization tool because it seems to be pretty useful and pretty powerful.
