I used Stepwise to decide which co-variates I should use:

I organized the data so only previous games could be used in each model. These results include Win/Loss as a feature which probably helps the models quite a bit.
Fun challenge! I debated whether or not to include things like the expected points (since I don't know how far ahead these are produced) or points allowed (since we wouldn't know this in advance), but I ended up including all variables because I realized we wouldn't actually know any of these values in advance before the game actually took place.
