I got the format and the conditional background color for the tools. I was unable to get the table to render effectively - as an image it avoided an error but i lost detail in the images :(

Thank you, @TaraM, for a fun challenge!  It helped me to hone my reporting skills with Alteryx. 

I followed a similar approach as in the solution provided using Report Text, Image, Layout, Overlay and Render reporting tools.  

My solution is attached.
