Sharing my solution, thanks for the challenge.

This time! I'm using containers and cached workflows to try and speed up, split out and reorganise my work.

I split this solution into three major blocks of:

a. Clean and Munge data

b. Most productive vs Least productive; and

c. Pivot for final result

Not very proud of this workflow : it feels cumbersome and I'm not sure if I'm making it tougher than it ought to be. There is probably some scope for simplification somewhere.

Oh!
Except maybe for that RegEx Tool (I love RegEx!) to filter out the commas from the input data stream.

I used the RegEx:
,*
and "Replace" output method with a blank to use the RegEx tool to surgically erase all the commas from the input data stream.

Here is my approach. I utilized lot more tools but got there!! THOUGH when I started I thought it was very simple but not quite and therefore it's called a challenge... I guess 🙂

Went a stupid way about it  the first time  then a better option the second.
