Nice quick one. I've attached two solutions - one to mirror the "rank" provided, the other to derive a true rank.  eg Sharon is in a tie for 10th place, not 5th.  Likewise Paul would be ranked 3rd so he would win a bronze, not silver - there would be no silver medal.
