This one was fun, I found a really straight forward solution (multi-row to the rescue!)

Instead of using the summarize tool, I used the unique tool, but otherwise arrived at the same answer!

Just need to filter out the Ranks > 5 to match the output

Tried figuring out a multi line formula and could not do it that way so stuck with a longer workflow.
