Attached is my solution, took a little bit longer then I expected, but figured it out with multi-row and running total.

I changed the column order to show rank first and found some usage from the Tile tool that I did not know existed. Thank you to mceleavey! I was stuck after sorting and watching tons of videos. His mention of the tile tool, got me through!
