The logic for filtering is all handled by a boolean expression, which reduced the number of blocks needed. A frequency table provides the final result.

This one could be taken to the next level -

IE there are cases where on one ticket number there is 3 sets of the meal deal

Also the solution is one month off - per the info it should be 6/01/2013
