All set, this one was not so difficult but a little tricky because the challenge's description is different from the one in the workflow and the one in the page, with the one from the workflow I couldn't get the right answer, but with the one in the page I could.

The error is in the date, in the workflow states that the date is June 2013 and the correct one is from the page, July 2013.

Took a while to realized that phrasing of June v. July in the summary was creating my issue. Similar approach to others
 - Joining based upon description
 - date field conversion and filtering
 - summarizing data
 - splitting all tickets for the total
 - identifying combos
 - maths
