I see a misfit between requirements and the solution provided :

Since June 2013 means >= 2013-06-01 but what I see in the solution is >= 2013-07-01

Anyway, I updated my workflow by using July instead of June so solution matches now.

Complete, although i was confused as others were with the 'since June 2013' statement. i interpret that is the start of June on-wards, not the start of July.
