Good practice with RegEx and DateTimeParse in the formula tool. Really liked the make columns tool too.

I decided to create an app for this challenge!

Very similar in output to many other responses, but the app allows the user to choose a timepoint (in minutes) into the run/cycle and see how far into the route the participant had reached at that point.
