Okay, so obviously there is a difference between the Join Tool and the Join Multiple Tool.

When using Join Tool, I struggled with the order of the output to match the provided result, but if I switched to the Join Multiple Tool, everything looked nice, easy and correct

I accomplished this one using a join and a union to get it all together, but interesting to know that you can accomplish the same thing with the multiple join tool.  I love learning new ways to accomplish the same thing!
