Challenge #72: Compare Data Sets (Fields/Columns)

Great opportunity to learn a new tool! Also, a good reminder for me to review the variety of functions provided by the Formula Tool, which alone could have done the job of my "Formula + Data Cleansing" combo.

This was the shortest completion time yet for me (less than 10 minutes) and didn't need to look at other's solutions first!

Great catch @alex, with the challenge number being different in the start file. Wouldn't have noticed that unless you pointed it out.

PFA my solution

This worked, but I'm not so sure about the approach.  I matched the name, but it feels a little clunky and I didn't try to make the field characteristics the same (other than the name).  Looking forward to seeing other solutions, and I did learn a new tool that I didn't know existed.

[EDIT: Looks like this is the common solution - yay me!]

Process:
- Field info tool for each dataset
- Formula tool for both to make Title Case
- Replaced "_" with " " for second dataset
- Sorted each by Name
- Joined on the revised name (Dataset x Name)
-- This joined the 8 matches, but there was one unmatched item in each of L and R
-- Renamed original Name fields in L and R to "Dataset X Name"
- Union of L, R, and J
- Clean-up
