I wish I'd seen Matt's post with the Google Maps macro before taking this one one.  Since I didn't have a drive time dataset I ended up doing something different but I noticed that several others took a similar route.  After creating points, I located the center and created a 20 mile trade area for each office.  I then calculated the distance from the center to each office plus the radius from each office to find a max distance of about

Make center point of satellite office and make circle that radius is solution area by circle radius. 

Use 11.5 miles trade area
