Would be nice to have the spatial license for drivetime to do this correctly, but we work with what we have.

I don't find a way to get the speed so I did in my way. Hope this will help.

I don't have drive time data so had to guess at 20mile radius for 30 min drive.

Would be better challenge if I had the Tom Tom data...

Spent most of the time trying to get the answer as close as possible without having the Drivetime dataset available. Ended up with 11.56845615 miles as the radius.
